In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

- Monday to Friday 11:00 pm to 08:00 am
- Monday to Friday 03:00 pm to 12:00 am
- Monday to Friday 10:00 pm to 07:00 am
- Monday to Friday 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
and aim to moderate all ticket within 24 hours. Late and weekend requests will be replied on next working day.
